Lorna Pillay is the Head of Corporates, Private and Institutional Asset Owners and leads the business implementation unit at IQ-EQ, which plays a key role in ensuring smooth client onboarding during setup phase.
Lorna has been with IQ-EQ since 2003 and has been a crucial support for the business growth and expansion over the year. She has a wide experience in the corporate secretarial field and has been involved in the setting up and administration of global business entities, including fund and trust structures. She also acts as Client Director for a portfolio of clients administered by IQ-EQ, consisting of HNWI, institutional investors and multinationals.
Lorna is a qualified Company Secretary from ICSA: The Governance Institute. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
