Adeolu is the partner heading the Governance Risk and Compliance practice of the Firm. With over 29 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Private Wealth, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications, she is a seasoned expert in her field. Adeolu has held significant positions, such as a top management executive in the largest telecommunications companies in Nigeria, and Senior Legal Counsel (Compliance) covering Europe, Africa, and the Caspian at a multinational oil and gas service company, amongst others.
Throughout her career, Adeolu has been pivotal in managing legal and operational risks for large corporations, resulting in significant enhancements in corporate governance and compliance. During her tenure at Etisalat Nigeria, Adeolu played a key role in shaping the organization's legal framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. At Schlumberger, she spearheaded the development and execution of robust compliance programs, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to regulations, thereby facilitating company growth in Nigeria. Adeolu also served as Company Secretary at MTN Nigeria, overseeing corporate governance matters and statutory compliance with unwavering dedication to the highest standards.

Adeolu is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and boasts a rich educational background complemented by practical legal experience. She holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1995 after completing her LL.B. at the University of Ibadan.
